1. Acceptance of Terms

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and kh3 management. 2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on kh3. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts as well as the forfeiture of any existing balances. All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete.
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and account login details. kh3 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to an account due to a user's failure to protect their login credentials. Any suspicious activity on an account should be reported to kh3's customer support team immediately.
Users are prohibited from:
- Registering an account on behalf of another person without valid authorisation
- Using a false identity or misleading information during registration
- Sharing or transferring account access to a third party
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform
- Engaging in any activity that may compromise the integrity or security of the kh3 platform
3. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals in MYR
All financial transactions on the kh3 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds are from a legitimate source and belong to them personally. kh3 does not accept deposits made on behalf of other users.
Deposits are typically credited to your account within a short timeframe depending on the payment method selected. Withdrawals will be processed in accordance with the verification procedures established by kh3. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and may require additional identity verification to meet compliance requirements.
Kh3 reserves the right to decline or delay any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or a breach of platform policies. All fees and charges associated with specific payment methods are the responsibility of the user. There is no guarantee that all payment methods will be available at all times, as this depends on third-party service providers.
4. Liability Limits, Account Policies & Intellectual Property

Kh3 will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service disruptions, data loss, or system damage. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis and kh3 makes no express or implied warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or continuous availability of its services.
Account Suspension and Closure
Kh3 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, unlawful use, or at the sole discretion of platform management. Users may contact customer support for enquiries regarding the status of their account. Valid balances in accounts closed due to a terms violation may be subject to review before any withdrawal is processed.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and other materials found on the kh3 platform are the property of kh3 or its respective licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any platform content without the express written consent of kh3.
5. Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms

The kh3 platform may provide links or integrations to third-party services such as payment providers, game suppliers, or communication platforms. kh3 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
